Chez Nous Guide Announces Extension Of Directory To Include Eco-friendly And Sustainable Organizations

NEW YORK—Launching on Earth Day, Chez Nous Guide—a global inclusive directory and travel guide that features BIPOC, Women, and LGBTQIA-owned businesses and organizations—has now added eco-friendly and sustainable business to their directory.

Launched in June 2020, Chez Nous Guide is a Black and woman-owned resource for finding and supporting inclusive, ethical, socially-conscious, and sustainable companies and organizations. Visitors to Chez Nous Guide will find a variety of listings—from activist organizations in Minnesota, USA to woman-owned coffee shops in Lisbon, Portugal.

“You want to support small businesses, and it shouldn’t be so complicated. I wanted to support local businesses, and there were no resources for me to easily do that, so I created it,” says Chez Nous Guide Founder and CEO Kristyn Potter in an interview with Refinery29.

The site has been featured in LifeHacker, The Smart Wallet, Fast Company, Ad Hoc, T.D. Jakes Foundation, and was listed as one of the top websites that support black-owned businesses in Refinery29. Any businesses or organizations that want to add a listing or partner with the site, should send requests to cheznouslovesyou@gmail.com. View the full media kit on the site.
