Free Mvmt (Movement) Shop exists to bring people together by offering unique movement-based fitness experiences, to breathe life into unused commercial real estate in the Chicago area, and to support a community of local artists and nonprofits in the process. We are committed to providing a positive, nonjudgemental space for all people to move freely and express themselves.
