Description
A London-based, creative counsellor who guides clients towards self-expression & nourishment, encouraging emotional healing & growth. Sometimes using creativity and metaphor, Tasha specialises in working with trauma, establishing self-compassion, imposter syndrome and exploring cultural identity. Therapy sessions are affordable and take place in London or via online video-conferencing.
My journey as a therapist began when I noticed the healing of art and poetry in my own life. This led me to begin training as an integrative therapist for children, young people and adults. I believe that growth and inner glow comes from self-awareness and compassion. Therapy is a space where we unpick the hindering obstacles that hold us back so that we can move through life more mindfully and unapologetically. Therapy is a brave but worthwhile step towards living the life that you want to. I feel it is important for individuals to find a therapist/counsellor who they find relatable and comfortable, as it makes the journey a little easier. I use creativity and metaphor as an option to express the difficult stuff in the therapy space.
